What is Nexus Cloud?
Nexus Cloud is a Unified Experience Platform. It consists of three products, Nexus Signage, Nexus Queue and Nexus Surveys, which share one console and one sign-in.
What do Nexus Signage, Nexus Queue and Nexus Surveys do?
Nexus Signage (Digital Signage Management) lets teams design, schedule and publish content to screens across every location, and see what each screen is playing. Nexus Queue (Queue and Customer Flow Management) organises how customers arrive, wait and are served, from the first ticket to the service counter. Nexus Surveys (Customer Feedback and Experience Measurement) captures feedback at the moment of service, by kiosk or QR code, and measures the experience location by location.
Can we start with one product?
Yes. Each product works on its own. You can add the other Nexus products later, in the same console and sign-in.
Can Nexus Cloud run in the cloud or on our own servers?
